About the role
The HR Business Partner will support leaders in Casablanca by shaping employee strategies and ensuring HR processes align with business needs within the automotive sector.
Key responsibilities
- Organize information for annual salary increases, FTE planning, and personnel costs.
- Support strategic workforce planning and submit recruitment needs to HR Recruiting.
- Coordinate HR topics for assigned leaders, including talent management, succession planning, salary changes, training selection, and exit support.
- Coach and consult leaders on leadership, skill management, and team development.
- Assist in evaluating future business needs and recommend HR measures.
- Deploy HR processes and guidelines across the assigned area.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar HR role within automotive wiring harness or aerospace, or 4 years in HR management.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and personnel administration.
- Fluent French and good command of English.
- Change‑management mindset, goal‑oriented and results‑driven.
