HR Business Partner & Global People Data & Systems Lead

About the role

This hybrid position combines HR business partnering for 50 employees in Morocco and France with global ownership of people data, reporting and systems. Based in Casablanca, you will support day‑to‑day HR operations locally while driving HR data strategy worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary HR contact for managers and employees in Morocco and France, handling workforce planning, performance coaching, employee relations and restructuring support.
• Own core employee data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), set global data standards, run audits, and ensure data quality and governance.
• Develop and deliver operational, tactical and strategic HR reports, integrate skills data with the capability platform, and manage system integrations with tools such as Active Directory.
• Lead HR process redesign, incorporating automation and AI where appropriate, and train the HR team on new data standards and systems.

Required profile

• Strong experience as an HR Business Partner, including handling complex employee relations cases.
• Expert knowledge of Moroccan and French employment law and fluency in French and English.
• Hands‑on experience managing HR data in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or a comparable HRIS.
• Proven project‑management skills and ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives.
