HR Generalist – Payroll & HR Administration

About the role

The HR Generalist will provide day‑to‑day HR support for DHL Global Forwarding in Morocco. You will manage payroll, maintain employee records, coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding, and support talent development initiatives, ensuring compliance with local legislation and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison with the external payroll provider, preparing, validating and submitting monthly payroll inputs.
• Review payroll outputs, resolve discrepancies, and ensure accuracy before final approval.
• Maintain compliance with labor laws, tax regulations and internal policies, and coordinate payroll‑related audits.
• Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, contracts, certificates and correspondence.
• Monitor leaves, attendance, benefits administration and employee data updates.
• Coordinate end‑to‑end onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including documentation, system access and equipment provision.
• Support learning and development initiatives by handling training logistics, registrations and record‑keeping.
• Assist with performance management support, talent review and succession planning activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payroll administration and HR processes.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labor laws, tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple HR transactions accurately.
• Detail‑oriented approach to maintaining employee records and documentation.
