HR Graduate Trainee

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated HR Intern to join our MEA Human Resources team in Casablanca for a six‑month paid internship. Reporting to the Head of HR for the MEA Headquarters, you will support recruitment, HR communication, and employee engagement initiatives across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update recruitment trackers and dashboards, assist with candidate communication, and help prepare hiring documentation and onboarding support.
• Create visuals and templates in Canva for announcements, newsletters, presentations, and social media; support drafting of HR communications in English and French.
• Support the organization and animation of HR events and initiatives, and assist with day‑to‑day HR actions and projects.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree (or equivalent) in Human Resources, Communication, Business or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and French, strong organizational skills with attention to detail, and ability to work in a matrix, multicultural environment.
• Ideally some prior internship or entry‑level experience in HR or communication within an international or multicultural setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Application Tracking Systems is a plus.
