HR Plant Manager – Manufacturing Site

About the role

Benacchio Group is seeking an experienced HR Plant Manager to lead all human‑resources activities at its growing manufacturing site in Morocco. You will partner closely with Plant Management and Group HR to support rapid expansion and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle – recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention.
• Support workforce planning and organizational development aligned with production targets.
• Implement Group HR policies locally and ensure compliance with Moroccan labour legislation.
• Oversee employee relations, performance management, and employee development initiatives.
• Administer outsourced services such as transportation and canteen operations.
• Maintain medical records and occupational health documentation.
• Monitor HR metrics, identify trends, and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Group HR to align local needs with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of English and Moroccan labour law.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and able to work autonomously in a fast‑changing setting.
