Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead HR activities in Morocco, ensuring compliance with local labour law and supporting the organization’s strategic goals. Based in Rabat, the role combines talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, payroll, and HR projects.

Key responsibilities

• Drive end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding, aligned with Moroccan hiring practices.
• Support managers in performance appraisal cycles and development planning.
• Act as the primary contact for employee concerns, mediating conflicts and fostering a positive workplace.
• Maintain full compliance with the Code du Travail (Law 65‑99), CNSS, health insurance, and income‑tax obligations; keep statutory registers ready for inspection.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning initiatives.
• Lead HR projects such as engagement surveys, diversity programs, and change‑management efforts.
• Track HR metrics, prepare reports for senior leadership, and handle statutory filings like the annual salary declaration (Etat 9421).
• Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate salaries, bonuses, and statutory deductions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, preferably in a multinational or large organization.
• Strong knowledge of Moroccan labour law, CNSS, and related compliance requirements.
