Implementation Consultant – Remote

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Consultant to lead end‑to‑end deployments for our B2B clients. Working remotely, you will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through the configuration, data migration and go‑live phases of our procurement and financial platform.

Key responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle implementation projects, serving as the main point of contact from kickoff to live production.
• Conduct discovery workshops to map client procurement and finance processes into customized platform workflows.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and technical alignment, including data mapping, validation and migration of vendor lists, budgets and catalogs.
• Coordinate internal and client stakeholders, mitigate risks and resolve technical dependencies.
• Deliver interactive training sessions and onboarding sprints to enable client teams to operate the solution independently.
• Create structured enablement assets such as deployment playbooks, configuration guides and short instructional videos.
• Partner with Sales, Product and QA teams to escalate blockers and translate client feedback into product improvements.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in B2B SaaS implementation, project management or customer success.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with confidence in leading business meetings.
• Strong analytical mindset and experience working with business metrics and data.
• Experience configuring complex SaaS, ERP or CRM systems and guiding organizational change.
