About the role

Orange Business is looking for a Technical Functional Engineer to join the Billing Operations team in Rabat. You will work on the Unified SAFRAN billing application, a modern micro‑services, cloud‑native solution that processes customer usage and generates invoices.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse functional and technical evolution requests from business units.
• Write detailed user stories and maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Collaborate directly with the external development partner to ensure correct implementation.
• Conduct validation tests, qualification, and business testing throughout the production cycle.
• Participate in the full delivery chain from design to deployment and daily operation.
• Support developers to produce high‑quality, performant, and maintainable code.
• Contribute to change‑management processes and provide ongoing support activities.

Required profile

• Experience in functional analysis for billing or similar enterprise applications.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear user stories and documentation.
• Strong testing and validation skills.
• Good communication skills to work with cross‑functional and external teams.
