About the role

You will work with world‑leading corporations and financial investors across Africa, handling public and private transactions on complex multi‑billion‑euro cross‑border deals. Key responsibilities

• Take on responsibility for large‑scale M&A and private‑equity transactions and related financing.
• Collaborate with leading corporations and financial investors on public and private cross‑border deals.
• Provide drafting and negotiation support for complex deals.

Required profile

• 0‑3 years of experience in M&A and ECM transactions at a top‑tier international law firm.
• Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken, with a proven track record serving French clientele.
• Strong commercial awareness and readiness to mentor junior talent on technical matters.
