Junior Project Coordinator

About the role

Plutus21 Partners is seeking a Junior Project Coordinator to support a multi‑year client program that spans research, data engineering, and legal workstreams. Working with teams in Morocco, Pakistan and the United States, you will help keep daily project activities on track under the guidance of the Program Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, task boards and milestone trackers for active projects.
• Attend client and internal working sessions, capture decisions and translate them into actionable tasks.
• Produce structured documentation such as process workflows, requirement catalogs and decision logs.
• Track cross‑team dependencies, flag risks or delays and propose mitigation actions.
• Draft inputs for weekly status reports and executive updates.
• Prepare agendas, briefs and background materials for upcoming meetings.
• Organise project records, shared drives and communication channels to ensure information is accessible.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in project coordination, consulting or business operations.
• Working knowledge of project management fundamentals (scoping, planning, risk tracking, stakeholder communication).
• Strong written English and ability to summarise technical discussions.
• Proactive, organised and comfortable receiving coaching.
