Key Account Manager – Energy & Infra Sales

About the role

Jotun Maroc is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager to support the PC & Marine Sales Manager in expanding the Energy & Infra Customer Group. Based in Casablanca, you will build strong relationships with key clients, drive sales growth, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the protective and marine coatings segment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase market share for protective and marine coatings.
• Act as the primary contact for key accounts, providing tailored technical support and regular engagement.
• Promote products, negotiate contracts and pricing, and optimize revenue.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and contribute to product innovation and launches.
• Coordinate with technical, logistics, and finance teams to ensure product suitability, timely delivery, and proper credit management.

Required profile

• Master’s or Engineering degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of sales/account experience in an industrial environment.
• Strong negotiation and relationship‑management abilities.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Knowledge of protective coatings, marine coatings and industrial applications is a plus.
