Key Account Specialist - Hematology

About the role

Johnson & Johnson is looking for a Key Account Specialist in hematology, reporting to the National Sales Manager. The role is a key link between the company and healthcare professionals, promoting registered products in a highly specialized therapeutic area to physicians, pharmacists and other stakeholders in public and private settings. The position is based in Rabat, Morocco.

Key responsibilities

• Maximize sales and market share of assigned products and achieve sales targets in the territory while meeting company HCC requirements.
• Maintain accurate territory coverage and CRM reporting, and segment customers to tailor approach and service.
• Keep the customer database up to date and stay current on disease areas, products, clinical data and competitor information, sharing it with healthcare professionals.
• Analyze the market and competition, collaborate with the sales manager and product manager, and build relationships with leading specialists and KOLs.
• Help organize promotional and educational meetings, symposia and conferences for doctors and medical staff.
• Report adverse events and product quality complaints according to pharmacovigilance guidelines, and comply with local laws, FCPA and business conduct policies.

Required profile

• BAC+2 education.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (specialty care); preferred experience in hematology.
• French-Arabic speaking.
• Location: Rabat.
