Lifecycle Specialist – Contract Management

About the role

Remote is looking for a Lifecycle Specialist focused on Contract Management to join its Employee Lifecycle team. In this fully remote position you will ensure that all contract‑related activities for external employees and clients are handled with legal compliance and a superior employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full contract lifecycle for Remote’s external workforce, from creation to termination.
• Guarantee legal compliance across multiple jurisdictions while maintaining speed and accuracy.
• Serve as custodian of employment terms and agreements and support senior specialists on complex projects.
• Document contract data meticulously and uphold data integrity.
• Identify automation opportunities and implement process‑optimisation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing employee lifecycle events with a focus on legal compliance.
• Excellent communication, influencing, conflict‑management and negotiation abilities.
• Advanced business‑level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong appetite for process innovation and automation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced, asynchronous remote environment.
• Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
