Logistics Customer Service Support (M/F)

About the role

BBL Gestion Maroc, the Moroccan subsidiary of Groupe BBL, is looking for a Logistics Customer Service Support person to work closely with one of its subsidiaries in the Netherlands. You will support the daily customer service and logistics operations by managing customer orders, monitoring operational data and ensuring warehouse and transport documentation is accurate and complete. You will receive daily guidance and support from your colleagues in the Netherlands.

Key responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders in the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and Transport Management System (TMS), checking them for accuracy and completeness, and monitor open orders to flag those needing attention.
• Monitor a shared mailbox, respond to routine administrative and customer service requests, and forward operational queries to the right contacts.
• Prepare incoming goods registrations, picking orders and shipment instructions, and keep documents consistent with system records.
• Prepare daily and weekly order and delivery reports, maintain tracking files and highlight outstanding items.
• Request, verify and archive Proof of Delivery (POD) documents, follow up on missing transport documentation, and organise packing lists, goods receipt documents and shipment photographs.

Required profile

• Education in logistics, transport, business administration or a related field.
• Previous experience in customer service, logistics administration or order processing is an advantage.
• Good command of written and spoken English to communicate with colleagues in the Netherlands.
• Organised, reliable and detail-oriented, able to work with colleagues remotely and to follow up on issues promptly.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Familiarity with WMS or TMS software is an asset.
