Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist

About the role

Kuehne+Nagel is looking for a National Project Logistics Customer Excellence Specialist based in Casablanca. You will act as the main point of contact for customers and support Project Logistics activities, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers and external partners so that shipments of critical equipment, industrial components and project cargo reach their destination safely and on time.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, customer-facing support throughout the execution of logistics projects.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers and partners to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor shipment milestones, anticipate operational issues and take corrective action when needed.
• Keep customers informed on shipment status, project updates and operational performance.
• Support customer onboarding, project implementation and continuous improvement.
• Manage customer requirements and ensure compliance with agreed service levels and procedures.
• Maintain accurate operational data, reporting and documentation in company systems.
• Contribute to customer retention and business growth through long-term relationships.

Required profile

• Mandatory experience in Ocean Freight Forwarding with a strong understanding of international shipping processes.
• Experience in freight forwarding, project logistics, supply chain or international transportation operations.
• Proven customer-facing experience in a logistics or transportation environment.
• Good understanding of international trade, multimodal transportation and project cargo operations.
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and manage complex operational activities.
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken.
