Lounge Supervisor – Premium Executive Lounge

About the role

As a Lounge Supervisor you will lead the daily operations of a premium airport lounge, ensuring a 5‑star experience for every guest. You will manage a fast‑track team, coordinate with third‑party vendors, and uphold the brand promise of a perfect start to travel.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all lounge activities, maintaining service standards, cleanliness, and functionality of amenities.
• Manage catering and cleaning contracts, monitor inventory, and handle cash register operations.
• Deliver personalized guest service, resolve inquiries and complaints, and act on customer feedback.
• Lead, coach, and schedule the lounge and fast‑track staff, conduct performance reviews and ensure grooming standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, food‑safety, and industry regulations; prepare monthly operational reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or airport lounge management.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset with a focus on quality.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and operational budgets.
