LP Process Engineer – Meknes

About the role

Lear Corporation is seeking an LP Process Engineer to join its Meknes site. The role focuses on designing, validating, and continuously improving production processes and equipment to meet customer specifications while supporting a high‑performing team of process technicians.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in project development and validation, tracking progress through meetings and reports.
• Define production processes and equipment specifications to satisfy customer requirements.
• Calculate equipment capacity, including Kanban rack sizing.
• Collaborate on the design of process‑related equipment and tools.
• Design plant layout to ensure optimal production flow.
• Prepare and migrate UCS systems.
• Create and update operating and process procedures.
• Identify and manage Kanban racks.
• Analyze technical changes and assess their impact on production.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve daily production issues.
• Lead the implementation of the MES system.
• Ensure installation and maintainability of traceability equipment (Andon, ALM/DTM) and connected factories.
• Supervise and motivate a functional and hierarchical team of process technicians.

Required profile

• Engineer or Bac+5 degree in industrial engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical abilities in data analysis, mathematics, and statistics.
• Excellent communication skills in both French and English.
