Maintenance Coordinator

About the role

The Maintenance Coordinator will ensure the operation and availability of machines, tools, automation and support mechanisms at Lear's Kenitra ES Plant. This role is pivotal for maintaining production quality, meeting volume targets and adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain equipment availability by supervising preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans with defined intervention frequencies.
• Organize corrective maintenance tasks, set priorities and coordinate technicians.
• Assign tools and launch orders for spare‑part replacements.
• Collaborate with the HSE manager to ensure compliance with environmental, health and safety standards.
• Create purchase orders for maintenance supplies and manage the spare‑parts store.
• Analyze spare‑part consumption costs and intervention reports to drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Technical degree (Bac +2/+5) in Maintenance or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance coordination or a similar role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent teamwork, ownership and independence.
• Proficiency in multitasking and prioritising work effectively.
• Commitment to quality, HSE compliance and continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English and French, both spoken and written.
