Maintenance Mechanic IV – Industrial Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Mechanic IV to join our industrial maintenance team. You will be responsible for ensuring equipment reliability through both corrective and preventive actions while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Perform corrective maintenance and prepare detailed reports.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks and document outcomes.
• Define and manage spare parts usage, supporting PDR management.
• Provide technical support and training to production personnel.
• Participate in continuous improvement, documentation updates, and maintenance procedure enhancements.
• Implement action plans to boost equipment availability.
• Maintain 5S+1 standards in workshops and production areas.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and processes.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and other customer‑specific requirements.
• Follow EHS instructions, wear PPE, and manage environmental impacts.

Required profile

• Bac+2 specialized technician degree.
• 2‑4 years of experience in an industrial maintenance environment.
• Fluency in French; English preferred.
