Maintenance Technician (Assemblage)

About the role

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our production team. The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery.
• Analyze pneumatic and electrical drawings to diagnose issues.
• Carry out annual maintenance according to established procedures.
• Repair equipment on production lines and record all interventions in SAP.
• Support the 5S program and maintain an organized workplace.
• Execute equipment assembly, upgrades, and adjustments based on engineering drawings.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar maintenance role.
• Organized, stress‑resistant, versatile and able to take initiative.
• Good sense of responsibility, availability and flexibility.
• Fluent in spoken and written English and French.

Required skills

• Preventive and corrective maintenance techniques.
• Analysis of pneumatic and electrical schematics.
• Mechanical adjustments and use of test equipment.
• Experience with injection‑molding equipment (a plus).
• Proficiency in SAP for maintenance record‑keeping.
• Knowledge of 5S methodology.
• Ability to assemble and upgrade equipment according to engineering drawings.
