Manufacturing Quality Supervisor

About the role

YAZAKI is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Supervisor to join its Quality Department at the Meknes plant. You will lead quality initiatives in an automotive wiring harness environment, ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead analysis of internal and external quality issues, monitor defects and implement containment actions.
• Drive root‑cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions, and verify their effectiveness.
• Coach, develop and supervise the Quality team and Production Quality Leaders.
• Oversee internal and external quality audits, ensure compliance and follow‑up on corrective actions.
• Maintain adherence to company procedures, CSR requirements and EHS regulations.
• Manage customer complaints and external audit interfaces, and keep quality documentation up to date.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar quality management role within manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of QMS standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Proven analytical, problem‑solving and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Quality tools and methodologies: FMEA, PPAP, APQP, MSA, SPC, 8D, Ishikawa (Fishbone), 5 Why.
• Root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action management.
• Audit planning and execution.
• Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) implementation.
