Marketing and Communication Intern

About the role

Ericsson is looking for a Marketing and Communication Intern to join its EMEA M&C organization for a three‑month fixed‑term internship starting in October 2026. Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, you will support managers in major customer engagements and help create impactful experiences across specific customer units.

Key responsibilities

• Support project management of various Customer Marketing and Communications activities.
• Coordinate with other M&C functions on activations and deliverables.
• Assist the project lead with marketing aspects of events to ensure differentiated customer experiences.
• Inject proactive ideas to support Customer Unit ambitions.
• Help plan and implement marketing and communications deliverables.
• Assist with sales engagements on ongoing and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Currently in the 3rd or final year of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce, Marketing or Communications.
• Agile, eager to learn and able to build relationships quickly.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to new environments and stakeholders.
