Marketing Communication Specialist – Zenata

About the role

We are looking for a Marketing Communication Specialist to develop and coordinate inspiring, relevant, and consistent communication content across all customer touchpoints in Zenata. The role works closely with creative agencies and internal stakeholders to deliver campaigns that drive business results, strengthen the IKEA brand, and create a seamless omnichannel experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and adapt campaign content for paid, owned, and earned channels, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines, tone of voice, and commercial priorities.
• Create clear communication briefs for creative agencies and oversee the creative process from briefing to implementation.
• Coordinate the production of assets for offline and online channels, including TV, radio, outdoor, print, IKEA Family, website, app, in‑store and PR activations.
• Ensure all communication materials reflect IKEA brand values, visual identity, and guidelines.
• Adapt global and regional communication assets to the local market, maintaining relevance for Moroccan customers.
• Collaborate with social media specialists, e‑commerce, sales, and Customer Experience teams to guarantee integrated omnichannel communication.
• Manage relationships with external partners such as photographers, designers, and copywriters, securing high‑quality execution.
• Monitor communication trends, media developments, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Track campaign implementation, collect learnings, and contribute to continuous improvement of communication performance.
