Social Media Specialist – Zenata

About the role

To plan, execute and optimize social media communication for IKEA in Zenata, ensuring strong brand presence, engagement, and consistency in tone of voice while contributing to commercial and marketing objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish social media content aligned with IKEA tone of voice, brand identity, and local relevance.
• Ensure consistency of messaging across all social media platforms.
• Adapt global/regional content to local market needs while maintaining brand standards.
• Manage and coordinate with external agencies for content creation, publishing, and performance optimization.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, engagement, and KPIs to drive continuous improvement.
• Identify trends, customer behaviors, and competitor activity to enhance content strategy.
• Support campaign execution across digital channels in alignment with the omnichannel strategy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (commercial, Food, PR, web, Sustainability, etc.) to ensure integrated communication.
