Marketing Director – Global B2B & Demand Generation

About the role

As Marketing Director you will lead the global commercial marketing function of Intelcia’s Corporate Brand & Engagement team, acting as the strategic bridge between brand positioning and business growth. Reporting to the Chief Brand & Engagement Officer, you will work closely with regional brand teams, sales, and business development leaders, with regular exposure to the Executive Committee.

Key responsibilities

• Define and deploy the Group’s B2B marketing strategy, translating Intelcia’s positioning into programs that drive visibility, client engagement and qualified pipeline.
• Own external narratives, ensuring commercially sharp, audience‑relevant messaging across regions.
• Align marketing priorities with Sales and Business Development to support international expansion and targeted demand‑generation initiatives.
• Build thought‑leadership programs, manage content strategy for LinkedIn and other B2B platforms, and engage industry analysts and influencers.
• Design and oversee ad‑hoc B2B demand‑generation campaigns, manage funnel performance, and share best practices with regional teams.
• Manage marketing budget and resources efficiently while staying within financial constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business or Communications.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in B2B marketing, brand management and demand generation.
• Proven senior leadership experience with a track record of driving commercial results.
• Strong understanding of global market trends, emerging technologies and competitive intelligence.
