Mechatronics Engineering PFE Internship

About the role

Stellantis, a global automaker and mobility provider, is looking for a final-year Mechatronics Engineering student for a 6-month PFE internship. You will contribute to projects at the intersection of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems, working with engineering teams on the development, integration and validation of increasingly complex vehicle technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development and integration of mechatronic systems.
• Support analysis of mechanical, electrical and electronic interactions.
• Participate in testing, validation and troubleshooting activities.
• Analyze system behavior and technical performance.
• Support root-cause analysis and resolution of technical issues.
• Contribute to engineering studies and technical documentation.
• Take part in multidisciplinary design and technical reviews.
• Work closely with mechanical, electrical, electronics and software teams.

Required profile

• Final-year engineering student in Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Passion for automotive technologies and innovation; team-oriented, curious and proactive.
• Good command of French and English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical and control systems.
• Understanding of sensors, actuators and embedded control principles.
• Knowledge of simulation, modeling or programming tools is an advantage.
