PFE Internship – Mechanical Engineering

About the role

Stellantis, a global automaker and mobility provider, is looking for a final-year Mechanical Engineering student for a PFE internship. As a Mechanical Engineering PFE Intern, you will contribute to engineering activities related to vehicle systems, components, design, development and validation, applying your academic knowledge to real automotive engineering challenges.

Key responsibilities

• Support the development and improvement of mechanical components and systems.
• Participate in technical analysis, design reviews and engineering studies.
• Contribute to component and system validation activities.
• Analyze technical issues and support root-cause analysis.
• Participate in technical problem-solving and improvement actions.
• Support engineering documentation and technical reporting.
• Collaborate with different engineering disciplines throughout the development process.
• Contribute to ensuring product performance, quality and technical requirements.

Required profile

• Final-year engineering student in Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in automotive product development and vehicle engineering.
• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Curious, rigorous and results-oriented mindset.
• Good command of French and English.

Required skills

• Good knowledge of mechanical design and engineering fundamentals.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAE tools is an advantage.
