Medical Representative – B2B (Pharma Sales)

About the role

We are seeking a professional and customer‑focused Medical Representative to join our dynamic team in Rabat, Morocco. The position involves promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals while building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve targets and grow market share.
• Conduct product presentations and provide detailed information to healthcare professionals.
• Organize and attend medical conferences, seminars, and workshops to promote company products.
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing regular reports to management.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Travel throughout Morocco to meet healthcare professionals and attend industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
• Fluency in Arabic and French; English proficiency is a plus.
• Valid Moroccan driver’s license and willingness to travel nationwide.
• Sales certification (preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency in CRM software.

• In‑depth knowledge of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.
