Mineral Processing Engineer & Mining Mechanical Engineer

About the role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our mining operations in Inner Mongolia. The positions include a Mineral Processing Engineer responsible for designing and optimizing processing flowsheets, and a Mining Mechanical Engineer who will manage equipment selection, installation and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and optimise mineral processing flowsheets for metal mining operations.
• Select, commission and optimise process equipment, focusing on flotation performance.
• Develop production KPIs and drive improvements in concentrate grade and recovery.
• Manage selection, installation, commissioning and maintenance of mining and processing equipment.
• Create and oversee preventive maintenance and inspection plans.
• Troubleshoot technical and mechanical failures to enhance equipment reliability and reduce costs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mineral Processing, Metallurgy, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a metal mining concentrator/processing plant or mechanical equipment management.
• Experience with silver‑lead‑zinc, copper‑tin or large‑scale metal mining projects is preferred.
• Willingness to work onsite in a mining environment.

• AutoCAD or SolidWorks (or similar design software).
• Troubleshooting of processing and mechanical systems.
