Nadcap Composites Technical Expert

About the role

Verify is looking for a strong Nadcap Composites Technical Expert to support a time-sensitive project on-site at a customer site in Casablanca, Morocco. The project leads an improvement initiative ahead of a Nadcap Composites audit expected within about 90 days. The facility converts honeycomb materials into engineered core parts for aerospace applications such as aircraft structures. The position is paid at USD 80 per hour, 40 hours per week, starting as soon as possible, and lasts 3 months.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all activities needed to prepare the site for a successful Nadcap re-audit within 90 days.
• Review existing audit findings and corrective action plans, and manage their implementation with the site team.
• Ensure corrective actions are effective, sustainable and backed by appropriate evidence.
• Identify and address gaps against applicable Nadcap Composites requirements.
• Review manufacturing procedures, process controls and quality documentation.
• Coordinate activities across Quality, Engineering, Production and site leadership.
• Conduct gap assessments, internal audits and audit readiness reviews.
• Support shop floor teams in demonstrating compliance and prepare personnel and documentation for the re-audit.
• Track milestones, risks and outstanding actions, and act as the technical focal point for Nadcap Composites matters.
• Provide on-site support during the re-audit, communicate progress and escalate critical issues, and produce a weekly report.

Required profile

• Strong Nadcap Composites experience, ideally in honeycomb core processing.
• Proven track record of managing corrective actions and audit preparation.
• English and French fluency preferred.
