About the role

The Client Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth across assigned industries in Morocco, building strong relationships with enterprise clients in the communications, IT and government sectors. This role combines market analysis, strategic planning, and hands‑on execution of key projects to expand the company’s footprint.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve performance targets aligned with corporate strategy for designated industries and the Moroccan market.
• Develop and maintain high‑level client relationships, accurately identify client needs and propose the full range of product solutions.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform business planning.
• Leverage internal resources to generate leads, secure breakthroughs and ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage channel development, collaborate with partners, and meet performance goals.
• Plan and execute major marketing events, exhibitions, site visits and exchange activities to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience serving enterprise clients in communications, IT or government sectors.
• Prior experience in information‑technology sales and existing client networks is a plus.
• Strong technical foundation enabling effective technical communication with clients.
• Excellent market insight, rapid response ability, and strong public‑relations skills.
• Creative, flexible approach to client development and ability to work under pressure.
• High responsibility, honesty, pragmatism, strong communication, coordination and team spirit.
• Proficiency in English as a working language.
