Operations Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized Operations Project Manager to coordinate the day‑to‑day activities of active projects and ensure seamless alignment between project teams and the finance department. The role demands strong ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee operational coordination of all active projects, tracking progress, timelines, and deliverables.
• Serve as the primary liaison between project teams and finance, monitoring budgets, invoicing, and payment status.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, financial tracking, and prepare regular status reports for management.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and identify operational or financial risks for timely escalation.
• Drive improvements in workflows, reporting structures, and cross‑functional communication.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Project Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in project coordination, operations, or project management, preferably within IT projects in the UAE market.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent multitasking, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
