Partner Acquisition Specialist (Freelance, Part‑time)

About the role

We are launching a premium consumer‑tech platform in Morocco and need a motivated freelance Partner Acquisition Specialist to bring the first venue partners on board. Working directly with the founder, you will shape our outreach, pitching and closing process for restaurants, cafés, bars, wellness and fitness venues in Casablanca.

Key responsibilities

• Research and shortlist high‑quality hospitality venues across Morocco.
• Identify owners, managers and decision‑makers and initiate contact via email, phone, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and occasional in‑person visits.
• Deliver clear and confident partnership pitches.
• Schedule and conduct introductory calls (online or face‑to‑face) and move prospects through the pipeline.
• Handle objections, negotiate terms and help close partnership agreements.
• Support onboarding of signed partners.
• Provide weekly progress reports, market insights and feedback directly to the founder.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales, business development, partnerships or hospitality.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable with cold outreach and speaking with business owners.
• Organised, proactive and reliable with follow‑ups.
• Good understanding of Casablanca’s hospitality and lifestyle scene.
• Fluent French and conversational English.
• Motivated, ambitious and commercially minded, with a startup mindset.

Required skills

What we offer

• Freelance contract for an initial three‑month period.
• Up to 5,000 MAD per month plus a phone allowance of 200–300 MAD.
