PHP Technical Interviewer

About the role

We are seeking a PHP Technical Interviewer to join our talent acquisition team. In this role you will evaluate candidates for PHP developer positions, ensuring they possess the necessary coding expertise and problem‑solving abilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct technical interviews and assessments for PHP developer candidates.
• Collaborate with recruitment teams to refine interview questions and techniques based on role requirements and industry trends.
• Provide detailed feedback and hiring recommendations to managers and HR partners.
• Stay current with Java and PHP ecosystem updates to assess candidates effectively.
• Help create and standardize interview processes and training materials for fellow interviewers.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Java developer with strong knowledge of PHP frameworks such as Laravel and Symfony.
• Previous experience in technical interviewing, mentoring, or teaching.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to deliver constructive feedback professionally.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
