Plant Manager – Supply Chain & Manufacturing

About the role

As Plant Manager at Mondelēz International you will lead a multi‑functional manufacturing site, driving reliability, productivity and efficiency while aligning the plant’s supply‑chain strategy with the company’s growth agenda.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a three‑year strategic plan and annual operating plan in partnership with cross‑functional leaders.
• Ensure safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and employee engagement targets are met.
• Implement governance processes to monitor operational performance and continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Coach teams on Integrated Lean Six Sigma (IL6S) and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) methodologies.
• Protect asset value through effective capital planning and spend management.
• Lead talent acquisition, retention and development to build a sustainable workforce.
• Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support company objectives.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading manufacturing performance in a fast‑moving FMCG environment, including front‑line or manufacturing manager roles.
• Proven track record of delivering safety, quality, cost and delivery improvements.
• Strong capability to coach, mentor and develop multi‑functional teams.
