PPL Consultant – Automotive Sector

About the role

ALTEN Maroc is looking for a PPL Consultant to support automotive validation projects. The consultant will act as a bridge between validation engineers, TPM/ITPL teams and vehicle/part ordering processes, ensuring that program milestones and KPI targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assign test norms, Catnet, PLM and JIRA tasks to validation engineers.
• Collaborate on test list creation and revisions with test engineers and service design teams.
• Manage PIV creation, sharing and compliance with milestones and KPIs.
• Update validation results in ICAS decks and KPI dashboards.
• Collect and analyse project requirements to guarantee comprehensive test coverage.
• Define detailed validation project plans, estimate required FTE and resources.
• Lead issue‑triage and escalation meetings, facilitating technical discussions across teams.
• Prepare weekly/daily progress reports and KPI decks for top‑management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Bac+5) in engineering or related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in automotive validation or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical ability to translate requirements into test plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English.
