Process Leader (M/F)

About the role

Valeo develops technologies for cleaner, safer mobility, and its production teams turn those ideas into working products. As a Process Leader, you will connect industrial expertise, R&D and plant operations to develop standards, support industrialisation and improve performance. The role involves leading industrial expertise, coordinating industrial networks and deploying standard processes, with collaboration across plants and teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead industrial expertise: take responsibility for industrial technologies, manage the Process Expertise Center and coordinate interfaces with PG/PL/RO/platform teams and other centers.
• Coordinate the industrial network: manage collaboration between plants, production and industrialisation teams.
• Plan industrial development: manage the Product Group's industrial plan in line with the MTP, and define programmes and budget targets.
• Define and deploy standard processes: establish processes aligned with the TDP, validate the process supplier panel, tools and equipment and ensure their deployment.
• Work with R&D: jointly define P2 process policy and projects.
• Drive worldwide standardisation: coordinate product and process standardisation programmes, take part in the Standardization Committee, validate process standards and define equipment and tooling rules accounting for HCC/LCC differences.
• Oversee industrialisation and transfers: manage and validate industrialisation projects, allocate programmes to plants during CAA and IAR processes, and manage equipment transfers.
• Contribute to key industrial decisions: take part in PMC meetings, Red Project Reviews, sourcing committees and Product Group results meetings.
• Support plant performance: oversee industrial performance across delivery, direct labour, quality and asset utilisation, and support sites during ramp-up and process issues.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Process Engineer or Methods Engineer.
• French and English language skills.
• Curiosity, initiative and a sense of responsibility, with open communication and commitment to commitments.
