Product Owner

About the role

We are looking for a skilled and customer‑focused Product Owner to join our Product Management team in Casablanca. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders, customers, and engineering teams, translating product priorities into clear, actionable requirements that deliver value for our users and the business.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Manager, internal stakeholders, and customers to gather, analyse and clarify business and user requirements.
• Translate requirements into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria and backlog items ready for development.
• Estimate feature scope, complexity, dependencies and delivery effort together with the development team.
• Prioritise features based on business value, customer impact, technical feasibility, market trends and roadmap objectives.
• Own and maintain a well‑structured, up‑to‑date product backlog aligned with product strategy.
• Act as the main point of contact for product‑related questions, providing updates on scope, priorities, progress, risks and trade‑offs.
• Support the development team throughout the delivery cycle and facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, demos and retrospectives.
• Validate delivered features against acceptance criteria and expected business outcomes.
• Partner with support to ensure accurate, user‑friendly product documentation and assist with release notes and stakeholder communication.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience in Agile environments and familiarity with product backlog management.
• Ability to transform complex business needs into well‑defined product requirements.
• Fluent English; French is a plus.
