Product Performance Engineer NVH - Automotive Validation

About the role
Within its automotive projects, Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Product Performance Engineer / Product Performance Leader NVH to lead vehicle validation activities related to noise, vibration and acoustic comfort. The role involves preparing and following acoustic and vibratory tests, analysing results and driving corrective actions.
Key responsibilities
- Pilot vehicle NVH validation activities
- Prepare and follow acoustic and vibratory tests
- Analyse test results and identify root causes of deviations
- Define and drive corrective action plans
- Take part in vehicle validation and development campaigns
- Coordinate with project, testing, design and quality teams
- Produce NVH performance reporting and tracking
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree (Bac+5) in Mechanics, Acoustics, Vibrations or equivalent
- 2 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
- Experience in vehicle validation, physical testing and NVH activities
- Autonomy, rigor and analytical spirit
- Willingness to travel regularly to Kénitra
