Product Specialist – Morocco

About the role

The Product Specialist will drive market expansion and sales growth for PaxeraHealth’s portfolio in Morocco. Reporting to the regional sales leadership, the role focuses on acquiring new customers, nurturing long‑term relationships, and supporting distribution partners across the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new market opportunities, conduct research to uncover potential clients and organisations.
• Acquire new customers through cold‑calling, relationship building and expansion of existing accounts.
• Set and monitor sales objectives, forecast volumes and establish quotas for territories.
• Maintain accurate partner and account data, document all customer interactions in the CRM.
• Present PaxeraHealth products, features and benefits to prospects and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with distribution partners to support the closing of deals and add value to the sales process.
• Evaluate distribution channels, manage conflicts and align activities with territory plans.
• Participate in hiring, training and onboarding of new sales representatives.
• Negotiate tenders, quotations and contracts while monitoring competitor activity.

Required profile

• Moroccan resident with 5‑7 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical technology field.
• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent in French, English and Arabic (spoken and written).
• Strong technical knowledge of the products being sold.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems for pipeline and activity management.
