Production Manager

About the role

AEOLON Renewable Energy Morocco is looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead the manufacturing of wind turbine blades at its Nador facility. The role is responsible for delivering safety, quality, on‑time delivery and cost targets while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery and cost objectives.
• Develop and implement production plans aligned with customer demand and business goals.
• Drive continuous‑improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S and Kaizen.
• Monitor KPIs, analyse performance data and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, HSE regulations and company procedures.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Supply Chain and Planning to optimise production flow.
• Manage, coach and develop production supervisors and team leaders.
• Optimise workforce allocation, equipment utilisation and production resources.
• Participate in capacity planning, process optimisation and new product or process implementation.
• Prepare production reports and present operational performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in industrial manufacturing, including significant production‑management experience.
• Proven leadership of large production teams.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Excellent understanding of production planning, manufacturing processes and performance management.
• Strong analytical, organisational and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience in an international manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Fluent in English; French highly desirable.
