Production Planner – Meknes

About the role

Join Lear Corporation’s Meknes plant as a Production Planner, where you will coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand while ensuring optimal use of plant capacity. You will act as a bridge between procurement, production, and logistics to guarantee material availability and on‑time delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain 100% customer satisfaction and delivery performance.
• Analyze demand, improve Master Production Schedule (MPS) accuracy, and ensure planning stability.
• Execute SIOP, PFEP, and entitlement models for finished goods.
• Prepare production plans aligned with agreed L‑base and manage ABC planning methods.
• Control new product introductions, minimize obsolete inventory, and support forecasted efficiency targets.
• Enhance automatic balancing for MPS integration and support raw‑material targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (Bac+5) with at least 1 year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑tempo environment and collaborate across functions.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics processes.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
