Production Supervisor – Manufacturing Plant

About the role

We are looking for a Production Supervisor to lead our Rabat Electronics Plant team. The role focuses on meeting production targets while ensuring quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor daily, weekly and monthly KPIs such as Efficiency, Output, Scrap, RPPM, IPPM and WIP.
• Lead and manage Team Leaders and Operators across three shifts.
• Ensure production targets are met in line with quality and customer delivery expectations.
• Drive layout changes, line flexibility and support new product launches.
• Collaborate with Quality, Training and HR to solve problems and develop team skills.
• Maintain IATF and LPOF certifications and achieve safety action plans.

Required profile

• Engineering degree or bachelor’s degree with significant production experience.
• 3‑4 years of experience in a similar supervisory role.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and team‑building abilities.
• Proven experience implementing continuous‑improvement or lean methodologies.
