About the role

HESTIM is seeking a permanent professor to teach Techniques of Expression and Communication (TEC). The successful candidate will develop students’ oral and written communication skills, preparing them for academic success and professional integration.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive courses that combine theory and practice.
• Organise workshops on public speaking, eloquence, interview simulations and professional communication.
• Participate in broader pedagogical activities and contribute to continuous program improvement.

Required profile

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) or higher in Information and Communication Sciences, Language Sciences, Professional French or a related field.
• Professional teaching experience at higher education level.
• Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
• Strong knowledge of professional communication techniques and interactive pedagogical design.
• Proficiency with digital learning tools and educational platforms.
• Rigorous, responsible, pedagogical, dynamic, team‑oriented and adaptable.
