Program Manager (Morocco)

About the role

Flat6Labs is seeking a Program Manager to oversee its entrepreneurship program in Morocco, driving strategy, partnerships and startup support.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement program strategy, cycles and monitoring mechanisms.
• Manage the program budget, procurement and financial controls.
• Build and maintain partnerships with local and international stakeholders.
• Lead the startup selection process and coordinate mentorship, training and events.
• Support startups in refining investor pitches and nominate high‑potential ventures for follow‑on funding.

Required profile

• 6‑8 years of experience in entrepreneurship, operations or business management.
• Bachelor's degree in business management or related field.
• Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
• Proactive, highly organized with strong time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office (productivity, presentation, word processing and spreadsheet tools).
