QA Engineering Intern

About the role

Jobzyn, a Moroccan HRTech recruitment platform based in Casablanca, is looking for a QA Engineering Intern. This is a 6-month pre-hiring internship with a hybrid setup, paid from 3,000 DH, open to candidates with up to 2 years of experience. The intern helps ship high-quality software across the public web app, internal backoffice, AI copilot, agent chat playground and voice-AI stack, and can grow into automation, AI evals and observability work.

Key responsibilities

• Manual QA: exploratory testing, regression passes, bug reproduction and reproducible bug reports across the web app, backoffice, AI copilot, chat playground and voice-AI stack.
• Test automation: write unit, integration and end-to-end tests for the Next.js web and backoffice apps, the shared component library and the Python and Node backend, keeping CI fast and reliable.
• AI product testing: evaluate AI agents for correctness, safety and prompt/tool regression, run large-scale simulated conversations and build reproducible eval harnesses.
• Voice testing: check latency, turn-taking, transcription accuracy and conversational flow of voice agents.
• Influence architecture: work with engineers to make APIs, server actions and modules testable by design.
• Observability: extend the observability layer so production issues become alerts, dashboards and regression tests.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
• Comfortable with methodical manual testing and writing clear bug reports.
• Curious about code, AI systems and shipping products to real users.
• Excellent written and spoken English; strong product sense and attention to detail.
• Thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and wants to grow toward a QA / SDET / test-engineering career.

Required skills

• Familiarity with TypeScript, Next.js, React, Node.js or Python is a strong plus.
• Interest in test automation frameworks and CI/CD pipelines.
• Curiosity about AI agent evaluation and conversational AI quality.
