Quality Assurance Manager (Casablanca)

About the role

Air Arabia is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to lead its QA team in Casablanca. The role ensures all flight, ground, training and engineering operations comply with airline standards, civil aviation authority regulations and manufacturer manuals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Quality Assurance team and oversee operational activities to meet regulatory and safety standards.
• Verify that company policies, procedures and internal rules comply with the AOC conditions, applicable regulatory requirements and airline standards.
• Establish and implement the Quality Assurance Programme in line with approved manuals and regulations.
• Plan, execute and monitor the annual audit plan, identify non‑conformities and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Advise the Accountable Manager on quality matters and provide independent audit assessments.
• Maintain effective relationships with civil aviation authorities, OEMs, suppliers and airline customers.
• Develop, implement and enforce QA policies, procedures and manuals based on regulatory inputs.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of experience in aviation quality assurance or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of civil aviation authority regulations and airline operational standards.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage audit programmes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
