Quality Manager (m/f/d)

About the role

SEBN Morocco is looking for a Quality Manager to take overall responsibility for the Quality Management System (QMS) and to lead the quality function. The role reports to executive management and covers customer and supplier quality, audits, complaints, and product and process safety.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the quality strategy, including objectives, KPIs and their sustainable achievement
• Ensure compliance with customer, regulatory and statutory requirements, including ISO standards
• Lead the quality organization, promote a high-performance quality culture and report on performance, risks and improvement opportunities
• Manage customer and supplier quality, including complaints, audits and customer satisfaction
• Handle non-conformities and escalations, including root cause analysis and corrective and preventive actions
• Approve processes, products and changes (e.g. sampling, engineering changes)
• Drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen, and optimize processes and costs
• Ensure quality across the value chain, from incoming goods to production and delivery
• Organize internal and external audits, test concepts and validation procedures
• Act as Product Safety & Conformity Representative (PSCR) and hold the authority to stop production and delivery in case of critical quality deviations

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree (Master's optional) in Engineering, Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field
• At least 10 years of experience in quality management in automotive manufacturing, ideally wiring harness
• At least 5 years leading and developing international teams
• Experience in customer and supplier quality, audits and complaint handling
• Fluent French and English; additional languages such as German are a plus
• Willingness to travel for business
