Center of Excellence Stamping Manager

About the role

TE Automotive Tangier is looking for a Center of Excellence Stamping Manager to lead the development and maturity of high-speed precision stamping capabilities, positioning stamping as a strategic manufacturing competency. The role builds technical expertise, drives technology standardization, accelerates industrial readiness and enables scalable, reliable and cost-competitive stamping operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop world-class high-speed stamping expertise and transfer knowledge across manufacturing teams.
• Define and deploy standardized stamping processes, tooling strategies and manufacturing best practices.
• Support the industrialization and ramp-up of new stamping technologies, equipment and tooling.
• Drive continuous improvement to boost productivity, quality, equipment performance and efficiency.
• Evaluate and implement automation, inline inspection and advanced process monitoring technologies.
• Provide technical leadership for equipment selection, tooling strategy, supplier assessment and capital investment planning.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to solve manufacturing challenges and reduce technical risks.
• Coach engineering teams and contribute to the long-term stamping technology roadmap.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Extensive experience in precision stamping and manufacturing operations.
• Experience in industrialization, process optimization and production ramp-ups.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and driving cross-functional initiatives.
• Fluent English and French, written and spoken; German is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% across regional and international sites.
