Quality Manager – Wiring Assembly, Tangier

About the role

The Quality Manager reports to the Site Director and manages the site's quality system so that products and processes meet customer requirements and industry standards. The position is based in Tangier.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement the site's quality policy.
• Supervise quality control activities throughout the production process.
• Ensure compliance with customer requirements and automotive quality standards.
• Manage customer complaints and follow up on corrective action plans.
• Prepare and manage internal and external audits.
• Monitor quality performance indicators and implement improvement actions.
• Reduce defects and improve product and process quality.
• Manage, support and develop the quality team.
• Work closely with Production, Maintenance, Engineering and Logistics teams.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Quality Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of experience in an industrial quality role, preferably in the automotive sector.
• Proven experience managing a quality team.
• Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Experience in customer complaint management and quality audits.
• Fluent French; good professional English.

• Quality tools: FMEA, 8D, 5 Why, PDCA, SPC and APQP.
• Good computer skills.
• Leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication and teamwork.
